1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Kogkog, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. ABOUT KOGKOG

Kogkog is a short-video social platform that allows users to create, upload, view, share, and interact with video content.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Users under the age of majority should use Kogkog only with parental or guardian supervision where required.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

Violation of Community Guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

8. VIRTUAL COINS, GIFTS, AND PURCHASES

Kogkog may offer virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, and other digital items.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policies.

Virtual items have no cash value and are not redeemable for real-world currency except where expressly permitted by Kogkog.

• Create security risks for other users

Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Kogkog services without authorization.

11. DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kogkog and NovaVerse Digital Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
